Tecuai provides technology consultancy services, including artificial intelligence integration, digital transformation planning, and data-driven strategy support. All services are delivered on a project or retainer basis as agreed in a separate statement of work.
You agree to provide accurate information when engaging our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must not use the service for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair our systems.
All materials, methodologies, and deliverables created by Tecuai remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement. You retain ownership of any data or content you provide. No license is granted to use our trademarks or branding without prior written consent.
Tecuai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice. Tecuai may suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these terms or engage in conduct that could harm our operations or reputation. Upon termination, you must pay all fees due up to the effective date.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the services.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction. This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Tecuai regarding the subject matter.
